The Apulia : "An Italian villa-style custom home” in Benders Landing Estates, built in 2008 as a true reflection of artist-builder Clinton Millsap's travels through Italy while attending the Florence Academy of Art.
“So many details in this house. From specialty shaped arches, to tile inlay patterns. To the custom hand drawn metal door patterns we had fabricated to match my original drawings. Down to the custom faux and murals. This was always meant to be a show stopper.”
Tuscan style and influences, imported to The Woodlands, TX. Was always the goal.
Designed and Built in 2007. This was a passion project to build. Utilizing all the influences from a Semester at the Florence Academy of Art, in Florence, Italy. I was really trying to bring the flavor Tuscany to The Woodlands.
